Deploy libgnustl_shared.so from NDK to device

      The NDK contains an .so file which is must be loaded before the Qt libs. Currently, this is deployed to the device using a hack where it is copied into $QTDIR/lib by a build script and then deployed using the regular mechanism. This should be handled by the plugin instead, and it should have some special rules for handling files that need to be copied from the NDK.
