Make it possible to edit a project without generating bindings

At the moment, when making a new project and configuring it for Android, it will generate a lot of files. There's no way to prevent this, which makes it inconvenient to edit projects that are e.g. pure libraries and do not need the Java bindings.

There should be some way of specifying this. Perhaps the generation of the files should be moved to the build step, so that you are able to set certain configuration options first.
