    Description

      Windows Explorer does not allow a "file-extension" with no root, so ".vimrc" cannot be explicitly created/re-named in WinExplorer. (You can specify that name through a program or shell script.) Thus, FakeVim should allow users to specify the name for the ".vimrc", which is typically "_vimrc" on Windows.

      It may also be nice to allow the user to specify the path to "_vimrc", which defaults to %USERPROFILE%.
