No "Qt Quick 2 Application (from Existing QML File)"

    Description

      1. Have a kit using Qt 5 configured.
      2. Select "File" -> "New File or Project..." from the menu.
        Creator shows templates for "Qt Quick 2 Application (Built-in Elements)" and "Qt Quick 2 UI" but not for "Qt Quick 2 Application (from Existing QML File)". For Qt Quick 1, all the templates are available.
