Devices don't get saved in build and run settings

    Description

      Currently I've no devices set in options -> build and run -> kits, which leads to problems using the debugger.

      Also after resetting the devices to "Run locally", the devices are not set correctly. After closing and starting the creator again, the devices are still empty.
