Move Kit setup (e.g. Blackberry, android) into wizards that can be triggered from the Kits options page (similar to what we do for Devices).

This will get us rid of quite some categories in the Options and is also simpler in that it moves kit creation to where it actually belongs.

Also improve the setup of kits in general: The current kitinformation based setup is flawed as Kits need to define a complex set of settings that is hard to archive at the such a low level.
