Kit naming uses wrong list to make kit names unique

1.) Create a kit named "aa"
2.) Apply, thus moving the kit to KitManager::kits()
3.) Remove kit "aa"
4.) Rename any other kit to aa. Since KitManager::kits() contains already a kit "aa", the name is made unique with a suffix.
