Post-mortem debugging does not work on Windows

      1. Start Creator.
      2. Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Debugger" -> "General" and make sure that "Use Creator for post-mortem debugging" is checked.
      3. Click "OK" and quit Creator.
      4. Start some application and make this crash.
      5. If Windows asks whether you want to debug the program, click "Debug".
      6. Click "Debug with Qt Creator".
        Creator starts up, shows the welcome screen and that's it. No stacktrace or code line is being shown. The debugger seems not to be started, no debugger log is available.
