Run configuration not switching correctly

Yestedraday I've build from commit 7b30f3ea91d63ab5bb47198e96d684d6a66bbfa6 and run configuration started having issues when switching.

I have few test configurations (javascript, pstatet - created automatically, javascript_filter - created manually).

On the correct.png you can see, what should happen, when I switch configurations. On Incorrect.png what actually happens (nothing - only value in drop-down list is changed). Funny thing, using to switch configurations works perfectly.
