Create inline diff overview

A nice function would be to have a overview about all diffs in a file like in netbeans "Inline Diff" function.

At the right side there is a second section where little colored marks are showed if something is changed, removed or added at the specified line.

I attached a little example of that. For now it is possbile to see diffs at the left side but only if your are navigate to this line and know where a changed line exists. So I think this could be helpful very much for developers.
