Browsing for SSH keys starts in wrong directory

1. Start Creator with enabled Qnx plugin.
2. Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Devices" -> "Devices".
3. Click "Add..." and start creating a new BlackBerry device.
4. Proceed to the "SSH Key Setup" page of the wizard.
5. Click "Browse...".
   Browsing start in Creator's working directory.

It is unlikely that existing keys are being saved in Creator's working directory. Instead, Creator should use the user's home directory or the directory in %APPDATA% where the wizard will generate new keys.

Installed binaries of Creator use the user's home directory as working directory. This is just a coincidence and not a proper fix for this issue.
