Description
I can't reproduce with a minimal example, but in my project I have a file foo.cpp which includes foo.h which in turn includes defs.h which contains some enums and defines.
The symbols in defs.h are not highlighted and are not accessible in foo.cpp until I open foo.h, then they become highlighted.
All header files have include guards.
