Thread select dropdown does not drop down

      When debugging a multi-threaded program, the Threads Dropdown (above the stack trace) does not drop down. Using this dropdown is the preferred way for our users to switch threads - most are running without the thread list window open at all, so they have no idea how to switch threads.

      This function used to work in qt creator 2.5 (We skipped 2.6)
