Windows XP: if volume is accessed by drive letter and path, Qt Creator can not handle projects located there.

      I have a disk volume visible as C:\ext in my computer. When I try to open a .pro file located in a subdirectory there, Qt Creator can not handle the paths properly.
      It defines the build directory to be C:\Qt\2010.01\Volume

      \raptor\raptor-1.4.21 although it should be c:\ext\raptor\raptor-1.4.21.
      The project is not displayed properly and cannot be built.
