Create Getter/Setter Refactor is problematic

The refactor of create getter/setter is strange.

The code snippet created in .cpp file starts from where the pointer was left there. That means it may inject two methods in the middle of other existing method or other strange places.

Also this refactor option seems to reindent the code in .cpp while it actually should not.
