Project Manager accepts uppercase *.QML as valid QML file.

      1. Open a Qt Quick 1 Application.
      2. In the Projects view, right-click on main.qml and rename it to main.QML.
        On Windows, the file will still be displayed in a QML branch, on Linux, it is being display in "Other files".

      *.QML files should be handled in the same way on all platforms. Since QML tools don't accept *.QML files as fully valid even on Windows, Creator shouldn't accept them either.
