Cannot create new state in ApplicationWindow

      Open quick\controls\basiclayouts\main.qml , go to Design mode, click 'Add state' button (which btw misses a tooltip).

      What I expect

      New state should be added, or Add state should be disabled

      What happens

      'Error: Invalid property name 'states' (M16)'
