When i try to add existing files to project it's add it, but if file already present in project it's add it anyway! And in pro file created duplicated rows for this files ( headers, sources and other... ), and it's add pro file to OTHER files...

Some time comfortably select all files in project directory and add it. And IDE can remove duplicates items from pro file...
