Although qml2puppet is missing you can use Designer

      Steps to reproduce:

      • open Creator, make sure you have a Kit for Qt5 but no qml2puppet
      • create a Qt Quick 2 UI - switch to Designer
      • dismiss the warning about the missing qml2puppet

      Expected result:

      • Designer elements should be disabled

      Current result:

      • you can interact with everything - the only thing that does not work is the preview
