Make target switching functionality more discoverable

    Description

      People who don't know how to switch between configured targets yet seem to look for the functionality in the 'Build' menu and on the projects pane. Neither offers a way to do it.

      Suggestion:

      • Add target switching functionality to Build menu. (or remove build/run configuration from there as well?)
      • On the projects pane, either provide a way to switch active targets or show a hint on where to do it.
