It would be great to have a single page in the creator manual about how to set up a project for total development across the platforms.

Things like :

what files to save to the cvs system (The .user file)
qmake settings for platform specific needs.
other projects / build settings
How to use shadowbuild to help
using the TEMPLATE=sublibs pro files.
... and any other tricks.

Including currently undocumented features such as QTC_EXTENSION would be great too.

Bonus points for cross compiling for the embedded stuff, but the main focus of this request is to establish a "best practices" of sharing development across the three main platforms.
