Changed files CMakeLists.txt are not saved before new "Run CMake".

I switched on Build & Run —> General —> Save all files before build. I assumed that this affects the "Run CMake" command too.

Trigger of new build save the cmake files. But sometimes it is necessary to run only the cmake commands without build of whole code.
