No "Parsing" progress bar when opening Qt Console Application

Create a new Qt Console Application using "File" -> "New File or Project...". After clicking "Finish" you won't see a progress bar. This will give the user the impression that the project has not been parsed at all.

Creator should display a progress bar for parsing projects when creating or opening them. If they finish too quickly to notice them, they should be displayed a little longer.
