1. Create a project in Creator's default project location using the default name "untitled".
2. Create another project in the same location using the default name which will now be "untitled1".
3. In Projects mode, open the run settings for the second project.
   It has a run configuration named "untitled1".
4. Create another run configuration for this project.
   This will be named "untitled12" which is confusing because it looks like "twelve" instead of "one-two".

Indexes like these should be kept separate.
