A failed deployment is not shown as an error

      Accidentally, I was trying to deploy an app with a debug token which was not available on the device I was using. Deployment fails in this case with an error shown on the console. Despite the error, QtCreator turned into an overview mode and did not display the error in the summary. Only a warning about using the default icon was shown
