Hi,

locator is really useful thing in Qt Creator, but it's location seems little odd. The problem is that it is always on the bottom left, even when you use it.

maybe it should be used like HUD (heads-up display), so that it appears when you click shortcut to activate it.

Alternatively, it could look like find does (click Ctrl+F) - so it appears at the bottom of current editor.

Especially now, with multiple windows, it might be good to consider something like this for locator.
