BlackBerry template shown even when no BlackBerry kit is configured.

      1. Start Creator with enabled Qnx plugin.
      2. Make sure that no BlackBerry kit is configured.
      3. Select "File" -> "New File or Project..." from the menu.
      4. On the left select "Applications" and from the combobox on the right select "All Templates".
        BlackBerry templates are being shown.
      5. Select one of the BlackBerry templates and click "Choose..." and "Next".
        An empty list of kits will be shown and you can't proceed.

      When no valid BlackBerry kits are configured, no BlackBerry templates should be shown. This already works correctly for Meego, Maemo or QML2 projects.

      Found by Squish test tst_create_proj_wizard.
