[REG] Debugging terminates with "Could not connect to the in-process QML debugger. The application is not set up for QML/JS debugging."

QML debugging is always turned on in the run configuration, apparently auto-detected by a dependency to QtQuick.

Previously, this caused a few warnings in the debugger log about not being able to connect (after fixing some hangs), these days, it terminates debugging, which is annoying.

Not sure how to fix this, but turning off QML debugging by default would probably be a good start.
