"Error Rewriting Document" error. Easy to replicate. Just create a new Quick application template, such as the "hello world" sample using built-in elements (QT Quick 2 template). Then I put any image file into the same directory as the main.qml. It shows up in the Designer Library Resources. Can drag it onto the canvas where it appears fine. However, try to edit the position or size info in the Properties for the image after it is on the canvas. Crashes with error or with no error, see attachments. I believe it is possible that image files with filenames that have spaces might cause the problem more than filenames without spaces.
