"Select All" / "Deselect All" buttons misbehave during installation

    Description

      If you Select All first and then uncheck few items, you were unable to Select All again.
      Other use case: first deselect all, then reselect few items and after this you can not press the "Deselect All" button anymore.

      This issue may be similar to: QTIFW-84
