Add support for embedded Linux (arm target) component binary patching

      Embedded Linux (arm target) component requires different configuration for binary patching.
      The default "files-to-patch-linux" can not be used.

      Add new "files-to-patch-linux-emb-arm" patching type and corresponding file.
