Windows layout of installer looks bad

    Description

      On windows the buttons on the first page of the installer are off the window. It doesn't look good and leave a bad impression. See attached screenshot. If the screen is resized and then returned to the default size it looks ok. 

      It looks great on Linux.

      When fixing please check other screens for similar problems.
