Add no-proxy option

      Depending what Qt version is used to build IFW, system proxy might be on by default. If built with Qt5.8 or less, no system proxy is used by default if '--proxy' not passed from command line. As from Qt5.8 onwards system proxy is used by default, add option --no-proxy to enable installer usage without proxy.
