    Description

      Hello, everyone,

      For documentation build got errors:

              (set SRCDIR=C:/QTIF-3.1.83-dev/build/doc) && (set OUTDIR=C:/QTIF-3.1.83-dev/build/doc/html) && (set IFW_VERSION=3.1.81) && (set IFW_VERSION_TAG=3181) && (set QT_INSTALL_DOCS=C:/libQT-5.11-dev/MSVC64RH/doc) && C:\libQT-5.11-dev\MSVC64RH\bin\qdoc C:/QTIF-3.1.83-dev/build/doc/installerfw.qdocconf
      In file included from C:/QTIF-3.1.83-dev/build/doc/config/ifw.qdocconf:1,
                            C:/QTIF-3.1.83-dev/build/doc/installerfw.qdocconf:2:
      C:/libQT-5.11-dev/MSVC64RH/doc/global/macros.qdocconf:21: (qdoc) error: Environment variable 'QT_VERSION' undefined
      Environment variable 'QT_VERSION' undefined

      Aborting
      jom: C:\QTIF-3.1.83-dev\build\Makefile [html_docs] Error 1

      Reproduced for builds using mingw-w64, Windows ICC and MSVC.

      Reverting to previous QTIFW versions, known as successfully built (i.e. 0797935d299d0da007cae0ab89ee9ceadc41d670), didn't solve this issue. Which is an evidence, that error relate to recent changes in Qt itself for a last month or two. Presumably Change #216376.
