    Description

      Cannot update or add components using MaintenanceTool.exe: The exact Error Message:

      "Your MaintenanceTool appears to be older than 3.0.2. Please update is first to get access to new Qt packages.

      Property page for MaintenanceTool.exe has no version information. Blank

      Using Windows 10, Uninstalled and reinstalled 5.10.1 five times, twice using online installer ond three times using offline installer.
