Let's merge tqtc-installer-framework and installer-framework

    Description

      There is very little delta between tqtc-installer-framework and installer-framework. Merging those two would cut some unnecessary maintenance burden. 

      Keeping some of the translations in closed-source installer, makes it difficult to anyone to fix/improve them. At least some customers have complained poor translations.
