Maintenance Tool: Change text in Select Components view when no selection of components is not possible

    Description

      In Select Components view/page maintenance tool says: "Please select the components you want to update. Selection is not possible as maintenance tool wants to update itself first.

      Change text to something better like: Maintenance tool needs to be updated first before you can select other components to update.
