    Description

      The installer workflow should include a page to indicate if installation is for All Users or Current User only. It seems like the installer creates shortcut in the start menu only for the current user. Also, the uninstall program is visible only for the current user. When I log with another user, the application is not visible in the start menu and I can't uninstall the application.
