Uninstaller deletes all files from installation folder, no matter if it owns them

Uninstaller deletes all files from installation folder, no matter if it owns other files or not.

User of my application reported this (quoting from https://github.com/pawelsalawa/sqlitestudio/issues/3506 ):

This issue has been reported by a student of mine. By mistake, she installed SQLiteStudio in D:, i.e. in the root of D: unit, where she had other files too (such as pictures and documents). She then uninstalled SQLiteStudio using the uninstaller, and the whole content of D: was gone.
