Installer crashes randomly on Windows 10 when installing Device Creation components

      When trying to install Qt for Device Creation on Windows 10 in a VM, the installer randomly crashes with the following error:

      [1201589] Fatal: Exception thrown: bad allocation

      Most of the time this happens during the writing of Maintenance Tool, but the crash may occur at any point in the installation phase.
