Description
These issues were found while testing the Windows binary installer found at http://releases.qt-project.org/qt5.0/beta-snapshots/2012-06-04_19-47-13/Qt-5.0-beta-offline-win-x86_msvc2010.exe.
I'm not 100% certain whether these are problems with the framework itself or with how it has been used for the above package. Feel free to reassign as necessary.
1. The text beside the component tree just repeats the label of the currently highlighted component if that component is not ticked. This seems not very useful. If the highlighted component is ticked, the text beside the component tree shows the size of that component. There should be a more verbose explanation here (what the component is and why you might want to install it), or the text should be removed so that the tree has more space. The component sizes should be shown in the tree itself so that users don't have to tick a component to see how big it is.
2. The tooltips shown when hovering the mouse over a component name just repeat the label of the component that is under the mouse, which is not useful unless the text under the mouse is elided. The tooltip should either show a more verbose explanation of the component, or should be hidden when the label is not elided.
3. Clicking "Deselect All" leaves the "Select All" and "Default" buttons disabled. It is not clear to me whether this is related to another bug where the installer has all components un-ticked by default.
