    Description

      The links in the Installer Welcome screen need updates:

      • LGPL compliance & obligations should be LGPL v3 and GPL v3 obligations
      • A new bullet 'GPLv3 & LGPLv3 usage'
        • SW development must comply with GPL & LGPL restrictions
        • Software developed under GPL & LGPL license must not bee mixed with software, developed under Qt commercial license
