Description
Setting AllowNonAsciiCharacters (true) in installer framework and giving non-ascii characters in the installation path creates maintenance tool as an exe.new. This results in the uninstaller being not able to find the maintenance tool as it searches .exe extension.
The problem doesn't appear when AllowNonAsciiCharacters is not set.
