Invalid URL error when using "Update Components" function

    XMLWordPrintable

Details

    Description

After installing the pacakge, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, right click on QtSDK and select "Change". In the resulting Wizard, select "Update Components".

The wizard now displays an error "Invalid repository URL:\nhttp:/qt5repository/windows/x32/online_qt5sdk_repo.". This URL does appear to be invalid (there should be two slashes after the colon).

I am not certain whether the installer is trying to tell me that the URL is not understood due to the missing slash or that the URL is valid but does not actually exist.
