QT IFW 3.1 does not support signing maintenancetool.exe

    Description

      There is no way to sign the maintenance tool binary that is generated during the installation process. maintenancetool.exe is embedded in the installer and/or generated by the installer during the installation. 

      There is no mention of how to enable signing of maintenancetool.exe in the IFW reference.

      At the moment there is no documented way for customers of QT IFW to enable signing of maintenance tool.
