Marketplace vendor contribution flow for open source contributions

Currently, source code vendors provide provide a link to the source code repo, a product description markdown and product manifest (defining product properties) JSON file to us.

This process should be automated that source extensions can be tested/validated and passed product description should appear in the marketplace product pages.
