Open source obligations acceptance

      User is shown all the open source usage obligations. The user must accept the obligations by pressing a key. The obligations should be explicitly shown to the user. User accepts the obligations by pressing the y(Y) key or denies by pressing n(N). If the obligations are not accepted, the installation finishes.
