Files wrongly recognized as archives

    Description

      On Centos 7, the shared library files (*.so) from the packages gmp-devel-6.0.0-15.el7.x86_64 and mpfr-devel-3.1.1-4.el7.x86_64 can not be installed by QtIFW.
       
      The problem seems to be cause by QtIFW wrongly recognizing the files as arquives, as evidenced by the message "Copying archive from..." in the `binarycreator` log.

      I'm attaching a package that reproduces the bug, including gmp-devel and mpfr-devel library files from Ubuntu 18.04 and Centos 7. Only the ones from Ubuntu succeeds to install.

      The test that returns the false positive seems to in this line.
