update-option fails to update QtCreator

      Steps:

      • make deselect all -installation
      • remove Tools/QtCreator/bin dir manually
      • update Creator version to '0' in components.xml
      • run Maintenancetool.exe update --verbose

      Should re-install the bin dir and update Creator version, but following error is found in Maintenancetool output:

[81998] installationErrorWithCancel : Installer Error : Error during installation process (qt.tools.qtcreator):
 Retry|Ignore|Cancel
[82002] Answer: "Cancel"
