CLI: No warning if trying to update non-existing component

    Description

      Using "update" command with an invalid component name, when other updates are found causes installer to output:

      [20079] Install size: 0 components
      [20080] Preparing the installation...
      [20080] Update finished!
      [20089] Components updated successfully.
